Mental Health Therapist - Harvard Square is a Full Time, onsite position in Cambridge, MA. The pay range is $42.50 – $47.50 per billable unit. This role focuses on providing comprehensive mental health services to clients and families.

What you'll do

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans
• Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms
• Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team.

What we're looking for

Education

Master's Degree

Experience

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field. Provisional license per state regulation if required. Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing.
