The Maintenance and Reliability Technician role is onsite in Marshall, MN. The targeted base pay range is $22–$29 per hour. What you'll do

• Execute assigned priority repairs
• repair equipment used by the company and its producers
• perform scheduled repairs to company quality and cost standards
• provide service and labor for the farm group
• perform general carpentry, plumbing, and steel repair
• provide labor for or lead other projects
• execute maintenance procedures on assigned farms
• prepare equipment for use and maintain and store equipment when not in use
• operate a company vehicle or use regular mileage reimbursement as required.
