What you'll do

• Maintain and clean the bagging machine
• learn programs and settings to maximize efficiency
• direct a crew of 2–6 employees packing bags
• maintain pace with the production line and a clean work area
• know Stemilt fruit grades
• seek to improve machine bagging capabilities
• compile daily data and send it to appropriate groups
• use available tools to maximize grower returns.
