The Senior Pediatric Applied Behavior Analysis Behavior Analyst role is onsite in Roanoke, VA. Compensation is not specified. The senior role also supports clinical quality and program growth through staff supervision, onboarding, training, and departmental initiatives.
What you'll do
- Maintain a billable clinical caseload and document hours
- conduct behavioral and functional assessments
- provide one-to-one clinic interventions for children with autism spectrum disorder and their families
- develop individualized goals and behavior support plans
- oversee data systems and program progress
- train behavior technicians and provide weekly supervision
- conduct caregiver and teacher training
- assist with BCBA onboarding and supervision, hiring processes for Behavior Technicians, and intern supervision
- complete documentation and written reports
- act as Administrator on Call as needed when designated leaders are unavailable.
