What you'll do

• Support unit operations and provide mentoring and leadership to staff
• supervise quality, therapeutic, and cost-effective patient care
• assist with administrative and management functions and assume delegated duties during the manager's absence
• coordinate patient care operations for an assigned shift
• facilitate orientation, training, staff development, coaching, and performance evaluation
• monitor care processes and outcomes
• support unit planning, quality improvement, and risk management
• provide patient care and serve as a liaison to the Patient Care Manager.
