Electrical Installation Lead Technician

The Electrical Installation Lead Technician role is onsite in Sharonville, OH, with field work at residential job sites. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. HELP provides HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services to families across the Cincinnati region and nearby areas. This hands-on leadership role leads residential electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs, including connections to HVAC and plumbing equipment. It supports safe, code-compliant work and coordinates cross-trade installations while guiding other technicians.

What you'll do

• Lead and perform residential electrical installations, upgrades, panel changes, and service repairs
• wire and connect HVAC units and other residential equipment
• oversee projects for safety, efficiency, and code compliance
• coordinate with HVAC and plumbing teams
• interpret blueprints and schematics
• troubleshoot issues
• communicate with customers
• complete permits and service records
• maintain work areas, vehicles, tools, and equipment
• guide technicians.
