What you'll do

• Oversee startup, commissioning, and testing of power distribution equipment
• serve as field technical authority and resolve complex issues
• support critical operations
• establish NETA- and manufacturer-aligned standards
• review test procedures, plans, and reports
• drive quality control
• train and mentor technicians
• support recruiting
• provide onsite and remote technical support
• partner with customers, engineers, and contractors
• enforce safety requirements.
