Logistics Associate

The Logistics Associate role is onsite in Plainfield, IN, with pay of $17.50 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Summit Staffing connects workers with employers across logistics, manufacturing, and distribution. The associate supports daily warehouse operations by accurately picking, receiving, storing, and shipping products while maintaining quality, safety, security, and productivity standards. The role helps ensure inventory and shipments are handled correctly and supports orderly warehouse operations.

What you'll do

• Perform picking, receiving, and storing accurately
• verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage-free condition
• label, sort, and repack materials as needed
• execute inventory procedures
• ship and receive cargo in compliance with applicable TSA and/or TAPA requirements
• select products and prepare packages for shipment
• assist with palletizing and cargo preparation
• maintain clean and organized work areas
• provide general warehouse support as assigned.
