The Senior Recruiter is an onsite position in Wichita, KS. Compensation is not specified. The recruiter supports Envision’s mission to improve quality of life and provide employment, outreach, rehabilitation, education, and research opportunities for people who are blind or visually impaired. The role develops recruitment strategies and manages full-cycle hiring in partnership with hiring managers. It builds candidate pipelines, supports compliant hiring decisions, analyzes recruiting metrics, and improves processes to meet current and projected staffing needs.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including requisition intake, postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate communication, offers, and pipeline development
• consult with hiring managers on staffing needs and recruitment strategies
• develop proactive plans for high-volume, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles
• support recruitment events and community partnerships
• track recruitment metrics and recommend improvements
• maintain candidate records in Paycom
• support internal mobility
• maintain and submit Affirmative Action Plans and related compliance documentation
• update job descriptions with hiring managers and HR leadership.
