What you'll do

• Greet, register, and check in guests
• issue room keys and explain property amenities
• answer questions about lodge services and local destinations
• enter work orders through HotSOS
• process lobby market purchases
• use multiple software systems
• compute folios, collect payments, and post charges
• complete shift checklists
• coordinate with reservations and housekeeping teams.
