What you'll do

• Greet guests and provide prompt service
• promote special offers
• enter orders into the point-of-sale system
• handle cash and card transactions
• prepare takeout orders and deliver food to tables as needed
• stock and clean the front counter, beverage stations, dining areas, patio, and restrooms
• respond to guest concerns and escalate when appropriate
• follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
