The Multi-Site General Maintenance and Janitorial Technician role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA, with compensation of $24 per hour, depending on experience. The technician supports the cleanliness, safety, and functioning of the center’s facilities across its locations. By completing routine upkeep, minor repairs, inspections, and emergency responses, the role helps maintain a clean and functional environment for occupants and visitors.

What you'll do

• Clean buildings and floors
• assist with repairs and upkeep of facility structures
• inspect building systems
• clear gutters and drains
• complete minor repairs, painting, lock repairs, light-bulb replacement, and basic carpentry
• assist with groundskeeping
• monitor and organize supplies
• respond to emergency maintenance issues
• move parts and equipment
• assist with event setup and teardown
• and follow safety, security, and privacy requirements.
