What you'll do

• Conduct legal research and case evaluations
• gather records and evidence with case managers and investigators
• consult with clients and keep them informed
• draft demand letters and negotiate settlements
• take and defend depositions
• draft discovery, pleadings, and motions
• argue motions
• develop litigation strategies with senior attorneys
• prepare for and participate in jury trials
• communicate with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel
• attend court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences.
