Prep Cook

What you'll do

• Complete prep-list tasks from the kitchen manager
• label and stock ingredients
• wash, chop, and sort fruits, vegetables, and meats
• measure seasonings and other ingredients
• track ingredient inventory and coordinate resupply
• clean dishes and cookware, remove trash, and sanitize the kitchen.
