What you'll do

• Enter daily financial transactions into QuickBooks
• prepare and distribute customer invoices and monitor incoming payments
• process vendor invoices and prepare payments
• perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• maintain organized and confidential financial records
• assist with general bookkeeping and administrative accounting tasks
• ensure financial data is accurate, complete, and entered on time.
