The Revenue Accounting Specialist role is hybrid in Austin, TX. Compensation is $25 to $28 per hour. The position joins Innovetive PetCare’s Finance team, supporting financial operations across its multi-location veterinary organization. The role supports accurate and timely revenue and payment accounting across veterinary practices. By reconciling transactions, researching discrepancies, and preparing documentation, the specialist helps the Staff Accountant keep financial processes organized and supports the practices’ operations.

What you'll do

• Enter or import daily revenue and accounts receivable transactions
• post and apply cash, check, and credit card payments
• reconcile daily banking and cash activity
• research deposits and payment discrepancies
• monitor and route accounting inbox requests
• prepare banking, revenue, payment, and transaction documentation
• review chargebacks
• prepare check deposits and journal entries
• assist with financial schedules, reconciliations, and reports
• provide backup support for accounting processes
• follow policies, procedures, and internal controls.
