Regional Sales Director, PA

What you'll do

• Partner with HR and recruiting to hire and coordinate clinic staffing
• work with Location Directors to align staffing with patient booking demand
• use DOMO and KPI tools to monitor sales, treatment statistics, average ticket size, and conversion
• partner with Operations and Finance on labor, schedules, inventory, and expenses
• monitor patient experience measures
• mentor Location Directors and provide in-clinic leadership
• resolve sales discrepancies
• train and coach team members
• assess clinical team training needs
• enforce brand standards and support succession planning.
