What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers, dressing, meal and snack preparation according to instructions, errands or medical appointments, and light housekeeping.
• Patient-specific activities taught by Right at Home staff may include hospice supportive care, medication reminders, prescribed range-of-motion exercises, care of bed-bound patients, incontinence care, and use of gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
