Leasing Specialist

The Leasing Specialist role is onsite in Omaha, NE, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 8 a.m.–5 p.m. that may vary. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour based on experience. PJ Morgan Real Estate’s mission is to help people achieve real estate goals through service, expert guidance, and personal experiences. The role supports the rental process from lead follow-up through application and move-in, while helping prospective and current tenants understand services and policies and managing renewal information.

What you'll do

• Track rental leads from receipt through application and move-in
• coordinate showings
• explain company services, policies, and procedures to prospective tenants
• onboard new tenants and provide property orientation
• manage renewals and track updated tenant information, including insurance.
