What you'll do

Estimate costs and completion times, communicate work status, coordinate repairs, obtain written approval for repair orders and add-on sales, inspect completed orders for accuracy, meet add-on sales and customer satisfaction goals, contact customers about appointments and maintenance, answer calls, document repair order changes, and address follow-up issues.
