The Registered Nurse (RN), Hemodialysis role is onsite in Clinton, WI; The position provides specialized dialysis care to inpatients during rehabilitation at Encompass Health, a provider of inpatient rehabilitation and post-acute care. The nurse delivers hemodialysis care and coordinates assessments, treatment plans, and patient education with the interdisciplinary team to support recovery and quality of life for people with kidney disease.

What you'll do

• Provide direct hemodialysis care to inpatients
• supervise care and treatments
• conduct patient assessments
• create personalized care plans
• address patient concerns
• build relationships by understanding patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs
• educate nursing staff on hemodialysis patients, equipment, and standards of care.
