The manager owns day-to-day HR operations and partners with leadership, supervisors, and employees to support workforce needs, compliance, and organizational growth. The role combines employee relations, recruiting, benefits and payroll coordination, workforce reporting, and hands-on support within manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and advise managers on employee relations
• investigate workplace concerns
• manage recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
• administer benefits and coordinate payroll information with Accounting
• maintain employee records and HRIS data
• support employment-law compliance, performance management, training, workforce planning, workers’ compensation, and leave administration
• prepare HR reports and workforce metrics.
