What you'll do

• Greet patients
• ensure required forms are completed for the electronic health record and billing office

• verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays
• process arrivals to support patient flow
• answer registration and billing inquiries
• refer medical-care questions to a medical assistant or physician
• schedule appointments
• and scan documents into the electronic health record.
