What you'll do

• Assist with prospecting and qualifying catering leads
• gather event requirements, preferences, and budgets from clients
• prepare and present proposals, menus, and contracts
• coordinate with departments on event planning and execution
• maintain client records, contracts, and event details
• coordinate onsite at events as needed, including evenings and weekends
• collect feedback and follow up after events
• provide administrative support to the sales team.
