What you'll do

• Develop working knowledge of the Luminance platform and its use cases
• lead customer discovery sessions
• translate requirements into scalable configurations
• manage concurrent implementations against timelines and milestones
• deliver training to customer user groups
• explain platform functionality and limitations
• guide customers toward recommended practices
• identify and escalate risks and dependencies
• work with Customer Success, Product, and Support to resolve issues
• capture recurring needs and patterns for playbooks and delivery processes.
