Regional HR Business Partner

What you'll do

• Serve as primary HR partner to APG and Premier Electric leadership
• understand business strategy, operations, workforce, and growth plans
• advise on workforce planning, organizational design, talent, retention, and leadership effectiveness
• connect leaders with Kelso HR functions
• support succession planning, talent reviews, performance management, and leadership development
• coach managers
• lead or support investigations and corrective actions
• support organizational change and HR initiatives
• ensure employment-law compliance
• improve HR processes and employee experience.
