What you'll do

• Provide technical support to hardware and PCB design engineers using Cadence DE-HDL, System Capture, Allegro, and Sigrity
• reproduce and troubleshoot software issues and work with Cadence support as needed
• document defects, verify fixes, and submit product-improvement requests
• create technical documentation and training materials
• deliver training
• test new software releases for compatibility with Teradyne’s environment
• manage access to websites and file servers
• diagnose and implement bug fixes affecting engineering workflows.
