What you'll do

• Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating and cooling, structural facilities, grounds, and parking areas
• respond to resident, associate, and management service requests
• monitor outside contractors
• maintain equipment records and supplies
• support preventive maintenance and energy conservation
• maintain emergency procedures and equipment
• keep work areas clean and safe
• perform cleaning and apartment turnover duties
• may be required to respond to building emergencies during off hours.
