What you'll do

• Respond to patients by phone, MyChart, and other platforms
• schedule and cancel specialty appointments, resources, and non-surgical procedures
• coordinate correct locations and provider schedules
• communicate preparation instructions and documentation needs
• update demographics in Epic and assist with MyChart enrollment
• relay messages
• support medication refill requests
• review referrals
• document interactions
• triage concerns and escalate clinical issues when needed.
