What you'll do

• Provide clinical oversight and nursing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• complete and document assessments
• review medication administration records
• communicate health concerns to providers
• oversee nursing delegation
• train and recertify Direct Support Professionals in medication administration
• manage referrals and outreach
• maintain stakeholder relationships
• ensure compliance with Missouri HCBS requirements and the DD Waiver Manual
• review regional events, investigate assigned reportable events, and identify quality-improvement needs.
