What you'll do

• Lead sales, marketing, and advertising to grow the academy’s client base
• guide families through intake
• coordinate resources for timely therapy access
• maintain center appearance, supplies, and compliance
• monitor expenses
• manage staff and client schedules and operating metrics
• coordinate with recruiting
• interview Behavior Technicians
• track attendance and utilization
• coordinate training and compliance
• complete technician offboarding
• review payroll and billing accuracy
• provide administrative support.
