What you'll do

• Own MSS and SolarWinds dashboard reporting and accuracy
• coordinate priority tickets and major outages
• maintain real-time situational awareness
• validate dashboard information
• identify reporting gaps
• coordinate with watch, network, systems, engineering, service-owner, and mission teams
• prepare outage updates and executive summaries
• lead outage calls and shift handovers
• train watch personnel.
