Inside Sales and Service Coordinator

Job overview

The Inside Sales and Service Coordinator role is based in person in Lebanon, TN, with hybrid eligibility after initial training and onboarding; compensation is $50,000–$100,000 per year. The role supports the Tennessee branch’s Sales and Service operations. The coordinator owns the administrative workflow after Sales or Service leadership establishes the scope of work. By coordinating quotes, orders, procurement, service documentation, delivery information, and customer follow-up, the role helps ensure accurate processing, job readiness, timely execution, and collection.

What you'll do

• Prepare product and service quotations
• process customer sales orders in NetSuite and enter purchase orders
• coordinate vendor procurement and track deliveries
• resolve order discrepancies and support customer follow-up
• respond to customer calls and emails
• create warehouse pick tickets and assist with inventory planning
• coordinate rental equipment procurement
• maintain the Tennessee service calendar’s administrative information
• track warranty documentation.
