What you'll do

• Retrieve customer information and schedule carrier pickups and deliveries
• check received orders and paperwork against customer requirements
• notify customers of damaged or short inventory and help resolve issues
• enter picking, packing, and shipping requirements and distribute pick tickets
• make inventory-control entries
• confirm closed tickets and generate packing slips and shipping labels
• provide order status and tracking information
• maintain customer routing guides.
