What you'll do

• Develop supply chain strategies aligned with company and production goals
• manage procurement, inventory, production scheduling, warehousing, and logistics
• maintain supplier, vendor, and transportation relationships
• monitor inventory and reduce waste, shortages, and excess stock
• collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and finance
• analyze data and KPIs for savings and process improvements
• ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods
• lead forecasting and demand planning
• negotiate supplier contracts and pricing
• ensure policy and safety compliance
• lead and develop staff
• and drive continuous improvement using lean practices.

Why this role

Requires 5+ years of supply chain management experience in manufacturing; bachelor’s degree is a plus. Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or APICS certification is also a plus.
