Property Manager

What you'll do

• Operate assets in owners’ best interests under company policies
• maintain and submit accurate community transaction records
• ensure rents and fees are collected, posted, and deposited on time
• work to keep the property fully rented
• help organize marketing initiatives that generate leads and leases
• monitor traffic logs, conversion ratios, budgets, renewals, and marketing data.
