The Construction Manager, AI Data Center Projects role is onsite in Dallas, TX, with travel of approximately 50%. Compensation is $136,125–$165,000 per year, plus bonus; restricted stock units are included in offers. Crusoe builds and operates AI infrastructure to support large-scale computing workloads. The manager oversees construction from site development through final turnover, coordinating trades and technical requirements to deliver mission-critical facilities safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. The role supports Crusoe’s expansion of hyperscale AI data center infrastructure across the United States.

What you'll do

• Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure, and interior build-outs
• manage field operations, subcontractors, and safety
• oversee data halls and related spaces
• maintain schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders
• conduct inspections and enforce quality and safety standards
• coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams
• report progress, risks, milestones, and costs
• ensure compliance with codes, permits, and standards.
