Maintenance Technician

Evening, weekend, and holiday emergency coverage is part of an on-call rotation.

What you'll do

• Repair appliances and perform electrical, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other property repairs
• assist with custodial and grounds work
• refurbish apartments before occupancy
• perform scheduled equipment maintenance
• maintain records for work orders, inspections, inventories, and purchase orders
• participate in the on-call emergency rotation.
