What you'll do

• Prepare admission assessments, 72-hour service plans, and other required plans
• prepare monthly resident progress reports for caseworkers
• audit case files and ensure required documents are filed
• protect client privacy
• coordinate behavioral health, life skills, mental wellness, academic, mentorship, vocational, and cultural programs
• assist with staff development and training
• coordinate emergency psychiatric admissions
• coordinate life-skills and group support
• report concerns to the Administrator
• maintain property safety.
