What you'll do

• Maintain inventory records in ERP or inventory systems
• track incoming, outgoing, transferred, and returned stock
• conduct cycle and physical counts
• investigate discrepancies
• document stock movements
• monitor reorder, safety-stock, and kanban levels
• identify slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, or excess inventory
• verify receiving and issuing transactions
• support audits
• prepare inventory reports and recommend process improvements.
