What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, electrical, and related systems
• interpret work requests, schematics, blueprints, and instructions
• prepare technical reports describing conditions and work performed
• advise on inspection findings and additional service or renovation needs
• assess whether projects should be completed in-house or contracted out
• complete maintenance work orders
• follow OSHA and safety standards
• maintain professional relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and building occupants
• participate in the required on-call program for emergency calls.
