What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Associates
• oversee sampling, inspection, testing, and cleanroom operations
• manage deviations, CAPA, change control, investigations, and training
• review and approve quality records
• oversee incoming material quality checks and traceability
• coordinate with Warehouse and Operations on discrepancies
• support audits and client inquiries
• lead process improvement and risk assessment
• plan daily staffing and task assignments.
