Mobile Wound Care Licensed Practical Nurse

The Mobile Wound Care Licensed Practical Nurse role is an onsite, field-based position in Las Vegas, NV, with visits to patients’ homes, skilled nursing facilities, and long-term care settings in the assigned service area. Pay is $35–$45 per hour. The role provides mobile wound care and coordinates with healthcare professionals to support healing and continuity of care. Working under a Nurse Practitioner or physician, the LPN delivers wound treatments, monitors patient progress, and educates patients and caregivers. Documentation and coordination help ensure care is tracked and aligned with healthcare requirements.

What you'll do

• Provide direct wound care under NP or physician supervision
• perform wound assessments and dressing changes
• assist with debridement and advanced wound-care techniques
• apply infection-control measures
• educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff
• document encounters in an EMR in compliance with HIPAA and regulations
• monitor progress and report significant changes
• coordinate with home health agencies, physicians, and other professionals
• travel to assigned patient-care settings.

Why this role
