What you'll do

• Provide psychological assessment and individual and group treatment
• develop and implement treatment recommendations and plans for patients and families
• provide patient and family education
• develop and implement behavior-management strategies and train and monitor staff as needed
• document assessment and treatment services
• provide staff education and in-services as needed
• maintain a weekly outpatient psychotherapy caseload and provide coverage for absent staff.
