What you'll do

• Welcome clients
• drive membership and package sales toward revenue targets
• book follow-up appointments and manage the waitlist
• handle client communications by phone, email, and text
• share product knowledge and skincare suggestions and upsell or cross-sell products where appropriate
• track sales and membership metrics
• keep the studio clean and organized, including laundry
• share observations and solutions with management.
