Sales Lead — Old Town Pasadena Store

The Sales Lead role is onsite in Pasadena, CA. Compensation is $19.50 per hour. The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center’s no-fee program supports people working to complete a rehabilitation program; the Old Pasadena thrift store supports that program. The Sales Lead partners with the Store Manager on daily operations and assumes operational responsibilities when managers are absent. The role supports store performance, customer and donor service, employee coverage and development, and the security of store assets.

What you'll do

• Support opening and closing, point-of-sale operations, inventory, merchandising, and donations
• oversee day-to-day operations when managers are absent
• monitor performance indicators
• schedule and coach employees when managers are absent
• support customer and donor satisfaction
• assist back-room processing
• protect cash, inventory, and property
• maintain safety and building security.
