Technical Specialist 3 — Building and Power Management Systems

What you'll do

• Assist with development, implementation, and maintenance of BMS, EPMS, and SCADA systems
• configure TCP/IP and communication devices
• troubleshoot communication links and Modbus gateways
• configure and monitor power equipment and systems
• use EPMS and SCADA applications to monitor and retrieve data
• safely operate breakers for point monitoring
• update PLC projects and communication parameters
• prepare and review electrical sketches, commissioning plans, and data sheets
• perform routine calculations
• review supplier documentation
• conduct commissioning, inspection, and testing
• write startup scripts and manage issue lists
• support customer-site startups and travel as required.
