Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate three to five maintenance technicians
• assign and monitor work orders and apartment make-readies
• conduct property walks
• manage inventory and maintenance budgets
• oversee contractors, bids, contracts, and invoices
• ensure compliance with HUD/HOPWA housing standards, fire codes, OSHA regulations, and building codes
• maintain equipment and systems logs
• lead safety and emergency preparedness activities.

Why this role
