Shift Leader

The Shift Leader role is onsite in Baltimore, MD. Compensation is $15.50–$20.00 per hour. The role supports Royal Farms store operations and customer service. As the person in charge when a more senior leader is absent, the Shift Leader coordinates shift work, supports team members, and maintains operational, food-safety, and service standards. The role contributes to customer satisfaction, sales, cost controls, and store goals.

What you'll do

• Oversee shift operations and coordinate team responsibilities
• provide and coach customer service
• perform POS transactions and vendor check-in
• follow cash-control, safety, and security procedures
• oversee food and beverage programs
• maintain food quality, merchandising, cleanliness, and store appearance
• report maintenance issues
• supervise store employees when a senior leader is absent.

Why this role
