What you'll do

• Perform general ledger reconciliations
• coordinate with banks on payroll cash needs and reconcile payroll vendor transactions
• manage semi-monthly payroll with Human Resources
• maintain compliant payroll procedures and labor allocation
• back up accounts payable and receivable
• manage electronic files
• make bank deposits
• assist with audits and interim reports
• recommend process improvements.

Why this role
